How is your inspection different from a basic mold test?
Many mold tests are just a couple of air samples. Our inspection covers the entire property: moisture mapping and thermal imaging throughout, particle counts, air sampling, wall cavity sampling, a borescope look behind walls, an HVAC unit inspection, and an attic inspection that includes checking the ductwork is sealed properly.
Do you also do mold remediation?
No. We only inspect and assess. Because we don't do remediation, we have no reason to find a problem that isn't there, so the assessment stays unbiased.
